Tucked away in the beautiful district of Rossendale, The Paddock offers a peaceful break for a couple or a group of friends looking to get away to the lush Lancashire countryside.
The modern open plan living space has a fully fitted kitchen complete with all the essentials needed for your stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Comfy sofas and a TV are in the corner of the room, and a wooden dining table is opposite. A third guest is welcome in the living room, where the sofa can be easily converted into an extra bed.
For those days where you want to stay within the comfort of your cottage, choose from over 30 takeaway options on JustEat which can be delivered to the holiday park, or, pick from a range of delicious meals which can be cooked on-site and delivered to your door.
A cosy interior is also present in the bedroom, where there is a king-sized bed, storage and plush linens. This versatile cottage is also ideal accommodation for friends seeking to explore the Lancashire countryside, with the option to request two singles instead.

Outside there is a private garden as well as a shared barbecue and picnic area giving you the option to socialise and enjoy dinner outside on a summer evening. A café is open during the hours of 9am – 8pm serving snacks and drinks to order.

Within fifteen minutes of the cottage is the small town of Rawtenstall, where you’ll find many great places to eat, convenient shops to grab essentials and activity centres for children of all ages. Practise or learn to ski and snowboard at The Hill in Rossendale, a fantastic dry ski slope or tubing for younger children. Also for children is the Animal Quackers Petting Farm in Bacup, where children can feed and pet farm animals of all sizes.
A range of thrilling activities can be arranged on-site such as rock climbing, abseiling, mountain biking and horse riding.
Evening entertainment at St Marys Chambers offers an unforgettable night for adults, hosting a range of tribute acts performing live music all year round.
