"We’ve booked and stayed at two properties through Eden Retreats - Byre Cottage in the Lake District and The Old Watermill in Staffordshire. I have to say the booking process was so easy and all communication was extremely friendly. Both properties were to a really high standard, exceptionally clean and really well equipped. The welcome packs were out of this world with freshly baked bread and cakes alongside lots of other treats and so much more than you would ever expect. Owners at both properties made us feel so welcome! We will definitely be booking again soon."
June 2021"I booked our holiday cottage via the internet. After leaving email address l waited for confirmation which l didnt appear to receive. I rang the helpline and the lovely people l spoke with were so helpful. The emails had gone to junk mail for some reason best left to the world of cyberspace! A lovely lady called Martha called me back to ensue all was well. It's that sort of personal touch that will take this new company a long way. We know how nice the accommodation is as we have stayed there when it was with a different company. On the service we have so far received l would highly recommend the company"
March 2021"I was thrilled to come across the Eden Retreats website, as it lists such beautiful stays across the country. Booking was really straight forward, and I felt safe committing to accommodation as their policies seem very fair on flexibility. Very excited for our trip in July! Thanks Eden Retreats."
March 2021"I have used many different holiday booking sites over the years mostly for cottages and I must say Eden Retreats is up there with the best of them. While not as wide a variety of properties as others they certainly have quality on a very high scale. Booking was a breeze with loads of photos to see what you will be going to and quick responses to email inquiries (I made a mistake in booking numbers, which was quickly resolved). Would definitely recommend and really looking forward to our holiday in July."
February 2021"What’s not to love? An easy to navigate website, detailed pictures of the stunning properties on offer, competitive prices for the increasingly popular staycation. Excellent customer service... Top marks."

February 2021"We had a lovely warm welcome from the owner on arrival, and appreciated the personal touches, especially the homemade cake! This is a really cosy place to stay, loved the beams and the log burner fire. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. We would love to visit again."
"The owners attention to detail is second to none and made our Christmas break all the more special. The accommodation was extremely clean and exactly as published. This has gone to the top of our list of places to stay."
"It’s an oasis of green a stones throw from the beautiful Trentham Gardens. [...] The owner lives in an adjacent property and is extremely pleasant and helpful even providing us with a beautiful home cooked apple pie with apples picked from the garden. We will be returning."
"Myself and the family really wanted to have a little bit of time together to relax and unwind. We achieved this in abundance. Fantastically located and beautifully furnished, The Old Watermill appears to have been the perfect property for us. The host was fantastic with recommending us with places to visit and giving us knowledge on the local area. We will certainly return at the next opportunity we have. Thank you for such a fantastic relaxing week."
