Located directly on the Promenade of South Beach in Pwllheli, North Wales, The Beach House offers a unique stay for six. This stunning upside-down house provides the most beautiful views from the open-plan kitchen and living area and is the perfect setting to spend quality time together cooking, watching a film at night, or relaxing with a glass of bubbly on the balcony looking out over Cardigan Bay.
The kitchen is complete with all the essentials needed for you and your guests during your stay at The Beach House and there is a dining table with ample seating on the open plan first floor, allowing you to enjoy the views as you eat. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa facing the breathtaking scenery from the balcony and a smart TV is on the wall adjacent.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a gorgeous sea view and a twin room served by a family bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage and is served by a shower room.

Please note: Be sure to keep the dogs off of the carpeted areas, furniture and in the bedrooms and ensure that any dog waste in the garden is picked up and disposed of in the street bins. Please also towel dry and brush the sand off your dogs before they enter the property (a brush is provided in the shoe box in the hall.)
Listen to the sound of seagulls and crashing waves from the balcony on the first floor, where a comfy set of outdoor furniture makes it the perfect setting to relax and take in the views. Be sure to make use of the telescope and spot St Tudwal’s Island and Harlech Castle; you might even catch a glimpse of Bear Grylls!
A range of stunning beaches are within proximity to the Beach House, the closest being right on your doorstep, perfect for early morning strolls or swim in the summer.
The house is south-facing, overlooking the stunning waters of Cardigan Bay and the dramatic peaks of Snowdonia. South Beach is right outside the house and is a mixture of shingle and sand, stretching round to Llanbedrog beach, a beautiful cove with views over the Pwllheli.

The Local Area
Pwllheli is a lively market town with a selection of shops and great places to eat, including a range of international cuisine and wholesome British pub food; there is something for everyone. The bustling village of Abersoch is a 15 minute drive away where you can find more great cafés, restaurants and shops to browse.
If you enjoy walking, there is a beautiful coastal path along the beach to Llanbedrog and up to the Tin Man statue, where you can take in the exhilarating views from the headland. Stop off for refreshments at the local cafés on the way.
For those seeking an adrenaline rush, Zip World is an hour away from The Beach House with a range of adventures from the world’s fastest zip line to a challenging underground course in the slate caverns and much more. Fancy a round of golf? There is a choice of three fantastic golf courses at Pwllheli, Abersoch and Nefyn. If you’re interested in watersports, Paddleboards and Kayaks are available to hire from Offaxis in Pwllheli and from Abersoch sailing School on Abersoch beach; beginners courses are offered to those new to the sport.
