A large open-plan kitchen/diner comprises one end of the living space and comfy seating, a TV and a coffee table complete the other. Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a fabulous self-catering getaway; including a dishwasher.
Rossendale Barn is entirely on one floor, with two bedrooms accommodating up to five guests comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, plush linens and served by a modern ensuite fitted with a bath and overhead shower.
Perfect for the kids but equally ideal for adults, the second bedroom is complete with a single bed and a bunk bed. A family bathroom with a bathtub allows guests to freshen up after a day of exploring the wild Lancashire countryside.

Head over to the park café which has fantastic options for takeaway on those nights when you don’t feel like cooking and choose from pizzas to pies and freshly bakes cakes to hot drinks.
A gift shop is also on the holiday park selling the essentials that you might have accidentally forgotten to bring with you; alternatively, Rawstall has two large grocery stores which are bound to have everything you need.

Rossendale Barn is a central base for exploring local towns for shops, restaurants and activities, and cities for packed days out. Within fifteen minutes of the cottage is the small town of Rawtenstall, where you’ll find many great places to eat, convenient shops to grab essentials and activity centres for children of all ages. Practise or learn to ski and snowboard at The Hill in Rossendale, a fantastic dry ski slope or tubing for younger children. Also for children is the Animal Quackers Petting Farm in Bacup, where children can feed and pet farm animals of all sizes.
Evening entertainment at St Marys Chambers offers an unforgettable night for adults, hosting a range of tribute acts performing live music all year round. During the day, discover historical treasures and artefacts when you visit Clitheroe Castle just 15 miles away; they all say you learn something new every day!
Manchester is under 50 minutes away and is renowned for its historic, impressive architecture and culture, and family friendly attractions. Visit the Trafford centre for a fantastic indoor shopping trip covering hundreds of brands and a food hall at the end for a hearty meal at some of the most popular food chains.
